1. Another year of community partnerships and education with Ink + Numbers and FPA of Maryland
I’m so grateful for the opportunity to continue working with great community organizations like these. Connecting with other local leaders in finance and women in business has been a lot of fun, and I’m excited to see where 2025 takes us!
2. Being awarded the BGE Small Business Grant:
This moment was pivotal for our team as we head into 2025. It allows us to focus on improving our organization and enhancing the benefits they deserve. This grant money will enable us to work on the agency from within and continue its growth into the new year!
3. Website redesign with our friends at Drio
You can see this with your own eyes! We’re all so excited about the new look of our website, which rebranded late this summer. I built the first Agency 102 website with a lot of trial and error and zero web design experience, so this new, refreshed website design reflects where our business is going in the new year and beyond.
4. Agency 102’s brand photoshoot with our partner Jordan at Drumm Digital Media:
Clearly, partners make our world go round, and that’s no exception for Jordan Drumm! In March, she did a brand photoshoot of our team complete with headshots and working candid’s that we can now use in all of our marketing, including our website.
5. Expanding our emergency services client base:
We’re honored to welcome another volunteer fire department into our client family: Falls Church Volunteer Fire Department. Our team is on a mission to help them enhance volunteer recruitment, public safety education, and fundraising through an integrated digital marketing partnership as they gear up to celebrate their 100th anniversary in 2025!

1. Partnering with Maryland Primary Care Physicians (MPCP)
Our new partnership with MPCP kicked off in August with a bang! MPCP is Maryland’s largest independent physician-owned practice, with 10 office locations across the state. Just a few weeks into working together, our Q3 patient newsletter achieved a 59.7% open rate – achieving MPCP’s highest open rate since 2019 and blowing the industry average of 41% out of the water.
2. Launching The Kelly Group’s Quarterly Video Series
This fall, we expanded our existing work with The Kelly Group to produce a quarterly video series with our partner Drumm Digital.
- First Video Spotlight: Bryan Kelly, co-founder of The Kelly Group, shared the firm’s inspiring 100-year vision for providing long-term financial guidance and support to Bel Air and Harford County, Maryland. Watch the video below!
It’s been amazing to help The Kelly Group showcase its values and vision in such a meaningful way.
3. Celebrating Administrative Professionals Day with ASAP
The American Society for Administrative Professionals (ASAP) is a fantastic resource for administrative professionals worldwide. ASAP supports a dynamic community of administrative professionals with resources, training, and events designed to empower their careers. This year, we partnered with them to develop free resources based on their 2024 State of the Profession Report, covering trends in admin compensation, professional development, top skills, and key responsibilities. The white papers were released as part of their celebration of Administrative Professionals Day.
4. First Agency 102 Team Offsite!
Way back in March, the Agency 102 team stepped away from our desks for two full days to focus on growth, strategy, and connection at our first-ever team offsite. This wasn’t just about planning (though we did plenty of that); it was about taking the time to brainstorm big ideas for our clients, streamline our internal processes, and map out a vision for the agency’s future. We also made time for fun, bonding over good food and finally snapping our first-ever team photoshoot. It was a meaningful experience that set the tone for the rest of the year—and laid the groundwork for 2025.
5. Discovering Cloud Campaign
Is it odd that one of my top moments is discovering a social media management software? If it is, I don’t care! Cloud Campaign lets us combine social scheduling, client content reviews and approvals, community management, feed planning, AND comprehensive analytics in one tool… making all of our lives so much more efficient. Fewer planning spreadsheets, fewer emails, fewer scheduling snafus, and up to date performance data? Yes please!
Amber’s Top 5 Moments
Content Marketing Lead
1. Expanding My Skills as a Brand Strategist
This year offered countless opportunities to refine my craft and grow as a brand strategist. I worked on a diverse range of content projects—from presentations aimed at engaging college students to video scripts tailored for healthcare providers. Each project challenged me to adapt to unique voices, target audiences, and brand goals. The variety fuels my passion for content marketing and has inspired me to continually expand my expertise in new industries and formats.
2. Establishing a Partnership with Maryland Primary Care Physicians
One of the most rewarding aspects of the year was helping launch and grow our partnership with Maryland Primary Care Physicians. This collaboration pushed me and my team to stretch our creative muscles—whether brainstorming innovative social media campaigns, elevating our content writing, or refining our workflow processes. From monthly content calendar planning to working with partners like Drumm Digital Media, we embraced the challenge of finding new ways to deliver impactful results.
3. Elevating Root3 Labs’ Brand Presence
Another standout moment was partnering with Root3 Labs to enhance their online visibility and overall brand strategy. By identifying key opportunities for website optimization and targeted lead generation, we helped this forward-thinking team of engineers and product developers build a stronger online presence. This partnership has been a rewarding exercise in problem-solving and collaboration, and I’m excited to see how our efforts drive their continued success.
4. Leading a 125th Anniversary Campaign for a Longtime Client
This year, I had the privilege of spearheading the marketing strategy for a longtime client’s 125th anniversary celebration. It was incredible to help this Southern Pennsylvania-based insurance agency commemorate such a historic milestone. I developed and executed a comprehensive content plan that included blog posts, social media campaigns, and event coverage. The year was filled with celebratory moments—like an open house and a community parade—that brought people together, and I’m grateful to have played a role in making it all happen.
5. Moving Across the Country While Maintaining Excellence
A significant personal and professional milestone was my move from Baltimore to Memphis. Despite the distance, I’ve been able to maintain the same strong workflows, team connections, and client relationships that fuel my success. The flexibility and support I’ve received from my team have empowered me to thrive in a new environment while continuing to deliver top-tier content for our clients. This experience has deepened my appreciation for the opportunities this career affords and the incredible people I get to work with every day.
