The Daily Record’s Leading Women Under 40 Awards honor women who are 40 years of age and younger for the accomplishments they have made so far in their careers. Winners were selected for the honor based on their professional experience, community involvement, and commitment to inspiring change. The honorees were chosen by previous Leading Women Under 40 honorees and a representative of The Daily Record.

Hannah’s recognition reflects her strategic approach to marketing, her dedication to building results-driven partnerships, and her ongoing commitment to supporting Maryland’s business community.
Beyond her role at Agency 102, Hannah volunteers with local chambers of commerce to teach small business marketing, shares LinkedIn best practices through the women’s networking group Ink + Numbers, and serves on the marketing committee for the Financial Planning Association of Maryland.
