Building a Stronger Brand and Search Foundation for an Integrative Telehealth Practice
Operation Resiliency envisioned a different kind of healthcare experience. We helped turn that vision into a clear, cohesive digital presence built for patients and growth.

About Operation Resiliency
Operation Resiliency is a veteran-owned integrative telehealth practice based in Fredericksburg, Virginia. Its approach brings mental health, primary care, hormone optimization, metabolic health, and performance-focused medicine together through personalized virtual care.
The vision behind the practice was strong from the beginning: give people a more connected, proactive way to manage their health instead of navigating fragmented providers and one-size-fits-all treatment.
But communicating that model was another story. With several distinct service lines, an evolving audience, and ambitious growth plans, Operation Resiliency needed a brand and website foundation that could make a complex healthcare offering feel simple.
The Opportunity
When Operation Resiliency came to Agency 102, the practice was early in its growth and had recently launched its website. Technically, the site was healthy. Strategically, there was work to do.
The practice offered services spanning mental and physical health, but the website lacked a clear hierarchy to connect them. Visitors had to work too hard to understand what Operation Resiliency offered, whether the practice was right for them, and what to do next.
Another positioning challenge emerged, too.
Founder Mike Murphy’s background as a veteran was an important part of the Operation Resiliency story. It gave the brand credibility and a genuine connection to resilience, performance, and service. But the practice wasn’t created exclusively for military audiences. Therefore, we needed to preserve what made the story different without boxing the brand in.
After a discovery process, our marketing priorities were clear:
- Create a foundation flexible enough to support future services and markets
- Simplify a growing mix of healthcare services
- Clarify who Operation Resiliency serves
- Create a more intuitive patient journey
- Strengthen positioning around whole-person, performance-driven care
- Build early SEO relevance for high-priority services
- Establish stronger geographic signals for telehealth in Virginia
- Carry the same brand positioning across social media
Our Approach
Turning a Big Vision Into an Accessible Digital Experience
Before adding more pages to the website or creating additional content, we focused on the foundation.
What does Operation Resiliency stand for? How do mental health, primary care, hormone optimization, weight management, and performance medicine fit together? Who is the right patient? And how can someone understand all of that within a few moments of landing on the website?
Those questions shaped everything that followed.
- Creating a More Intuitive Client Journey
Operation Resiliency already had a compelling story. Our job was to pull it forward. We developed messaging around a central idea: clear, connected care built around the whole person. Rather than positioning each service as its own isolated offering, we created a narrative around what patients were actually looking for—better health, better performance, greater resilience, and providers who take the time to understand the bigger picture. The founder’s veteran background remained an important trust signal without becoming the brand’s entire identity. The result was a voice that felt confident and performance-driven, but still approachable enough for someone simply looking for better primary care or mental health support. - Restructuring the Website Around the Patient Journey
In partnership with the client’s website developer, we reorganized and refined the website so visitors could quickly answer three questions: What do you offer? Is it right for me? How do I get started? We restructured the homepage to establish the practice’s value proposition earlier, introduce its connected model of care, make individual services easier to navigate, and create clearer paths to booking an appointment. We also developed dedicated About and Who We Serve pages, giving the founder story, provider expertise, target audiences, and care philosophy room to breathe without overloading the homepage. A simplified “How It Works” experience made the next step feel equally straightforward. - Bringing Integrative Care Under One Brand
One of the biggest challenges was creating cohesion across services that people don’t always expect to find under the same virtual roof. Mental health and psychiatry. Primary care. Hormone optimization. Weight loss and metabolic health. Sports medicine. Longevity and performance. Instead of treating that breadth as a messaging problem, we made it part of the value proposition. Operation Resiliency’s website now presents care as a connected system, helping patients understand how different areas of their health can work together rather than sending them in six different directions. That gave the brand a much stronger platform for positioning itself within the growing integrative telehealth and whole-person healthcare space.. - Building Search Visibility Into the Foundation
Because Operation Resiliency was still establishing its digital footprint, SEO started with the fundamentals. We aligned priority website content and metadata with the way prospective patients search for services such as telehealth in Virginia, mental health and psychiatry, hormone optimization, and medically guided weight management. We also strengthened internal linking and clarified geographic language throughout the site, establishing Virginia as the primary telehealth market while leaving room for the practice to expand into additional states. Local listings and Google Business Profile optimization reinforced the practice’s connection to Fredericksburg, Virginia. Our goal was to create a technically and strategically sound search foundation that could grow with the practice. - Making Social Media Match the Brand
A strong website can lose credibility quickly when the rest of a brand’s digital footprint tells a different story. We refreshed Operation Resiliency’s presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram with updated positioning, profile copy, calls to action, and branded creative. Each channel now supports the same story patients encounter on the website: modern, credible, personalized care designed around the way people want to feel, function, and perform.

The Transformation
Operation Resiliency went from having many ideas competing for attention to a digital presence with a clear story.
The new foundation:
- Establishes a clear position around personalized, connected telehealth
- Brings mental health, primary care, and performance medicine into one cohesive patient experience
- Makes individual services easier to understand and navigate
- Clearly communicates who the practice serves
- Creates a more direct path from discovery to appointment
- Establishes stronger relevance for Virginia telehealth and service-based searches
- Gives the brand room to add new services and geographic markets over time
- Creates consistency across the website and social media presence
Integrative healthcare practices have a unique marketing challenge. Offering more ways to care for the whole person can be a major differentiator, but only if prospective patients can quickly understand how those services fit together and benefit them.
For Operation Resiliency, the stronger strategy was to simplify first: define the brand, establish the hierarchy, clarify the patient journey, and build search visibility around the services and markets that mattered most.
That foundation gives the practice something much more valuable than a website that simply looks better.
It gives them a digital presence that grows with the business.

Mike Murphy, Founder, Operation Resiliency
Agency 102 did an outstanding job helping us with Operation Resiliency.
When we first started, we had a lot of ideas but no clear direction. They helped us organize our brand, sharpen our message, rebuild our website, and improve our SEO in a way that actually made sense. More importantly, they took the time to understand who we are, what we do, and who we serve.
Throughout the entire process, it felt like they were part of our team, not just another company we hired. We had regular calls, constant communication, and they were always open to feedback. They kept us updated every step of the way and made sure we were happy with the final product.
What impressed me most is that they didn’t just finish the project and disappear. Weeks later, they’re still checking in, offering suggestions, and making sure things are moving in the right direction.
If you’re looking for a company that will actually learn your business, understand your market, and care about the outcome, I highly recommend Agency 102. We’ll definitely be working with them again in the future.
