Spring/Summer Marketing Intern
Still looking for a spring internship? Perfect. We’re still looking for a great intern.
Agency 102 is hiring a paid, part-time Marketing Intern to join us starting in March through May 2026, with the opportunity to extend into the summer if it’s the right fit (for both of us). This role is approximately 60% social media + content execution and 40% marketing admin + project support.
You’ll support our Content Marketing Specialists and account leads across multiple industries, including financial services, healthcare, technology, and consumer brands.
You’ll leave with portfolio pieces, real-world marketing experience, and a strong understanding of how an agency runs.
What You’ll Do:
(Tasks include, but are not limited to)
Schedule and publish social media content across platforms
Write and refine captions aligned with client brand voice
Design graphics and edit short-form videos using Canva and similar tools
Monitor comments, DMs, and online reviews and assist with response planning
Proofread and edit social, email, and website copy
Upload and update content in WordPress
Assist with website mockups and light backend updates
Conduct research on trends, competitors, and keywords
Draft short bios, organize media assets, and support internal presentations
You Could Be A Great Fit If You…
Are currently pursuing (or recently completed) a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Love social media and digital marketing, but also enjoy the structure of project management
Catch typos that other people miss
Are comfortable in a fast-paced, remote environment
Can manage 10–15 hours per week consistently (outside of your class schedule)
Are organized, proactive, and not afraid to ask questions
Are based in the Baltimore / D.C. area (preferred) or able to work in Eastern Time

End: May 2026 (with potential summer extension)
Hours: 10–15 per week
Compensation: $18/hour
Remote position (must provide your own laptop) but located preferrably in Maryland/DC
Internships may lead to full-time opportunities based on performance and agency needs
